2002 Pain Management fellowship at LLU's Department of Anesthesia
2006 joined the Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo, CA as spine clinic director.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Pain Management.
